Orders are registered after payment of the issued proforma/invoice and enter processing with an order tracking code.
All orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days after confirmation.
If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, Shafiei Group reserves the right to cancel the order or refund the payment; the customer may opt for a replacement product.
In case of processing issues such as stock unavailability or customer cancellation, the paid amount will be refunded within 24 to 48 business hours.
