1. What is the proportion of fruits in mixed dried fruit packs? ShafieiGroup’s mixed dried fruit packs include all the fruits listed in the product descriptions. Fruits are not randomly mixed; each fruit is added in proportion. For example, in a 500g pack with 15 fruits, each fruit weighs approximately 36g. 2. When will our orders arrive? Dear customers, preparing the packs takes 3–5 days. During busy periods, please consider 5 days and place your order early. This allows ShafieiGroup to carefully prepare your packages and ensures you don’t worry about delivery. After shipping, the pack usually arrives within 48 hours, though occasional delays may occur. 3. Is the weight of dried fruit packs the net fruit weight? ShafieiGroup packs reflect the net weight of fruits, excluding packaging. We subtract the packaging weight, believing it brings more blessing to our work. 4. Why is the shipping cost high? Shipping costs are 12,000₺ for Tehran, 16,000₺ for other provinces via express, and 12,000₺ via standard post. These rates are based on average shipping expenses and packaging materials. ShafieiGroup does not profit from shipping; sometimes we even cover part of the cost ourselves. 5. Are the fruits exactly like the photos on your Instagram and website? All fruits are carefully selected, and the photos you see represent your actual package. ShafieiGroup ensures top-quality fruits for every shipment. 6. How can we compare the weight of packs? Product pages include photos so you can easily compare the weights of different packs.
